As part of my CPD (Continuous Professional Development), I have recently studied Functional Neuroanatomy at Cambridge University to understand more about how the brain works.

I also undertake other courses and attend conferences or seminars in relation to Neuroscience, Hypnotherapy, RTT, NLP, CBT, ADHD, Trauma and Life Coaching with the likes of Dr Russell Barkley, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Richard Schwartz, Marisa Peer, Ali Campbell, Dr Bruce Perry, Dr Gabor Mate, Tony Robbins, Dr Bessel van der Kolk, Dr Stephen Porges, Professor Andrew Huberman, Dr Mark Hyman and Dr Daniel Amen. All renowned leaders in their expert disciplines.​
