Cancellation Policy

As you can appreciate, this is a very busy practice, so would kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice via email for any appointment changes, including cancellation or non-attendance.

Any changes required within the 48 hour notice period will be charged at the full session rate.

If it is possible to find another client to replace a cancelled booking, I will be more than happy to reschedule another booking for you at no extra cost.
