Addictions are used as a coping mechanism due to the stresses in our lives, especially when we are are unable to deal with life in that moment.

New Me Therapy helps transform addictions from your life, so you can finally live a happy, normal, healthy life without ever relapsing again.

Addictions

New Me Therapy is a very fast way to help you overcome addictions. Of course you need commitment to the sessions and awareness that you can live quite comfortably without addictive substances / needs in your life.

For most people they do not set out deliberately wanting to be addicted.  It is usually a series of events that takes them there and the addiction becomes the result due to being unable to cope for whatever reason. What we do know is the opposite to addiction is connection, and this is what New Me Therapy works on with the client – reconnecting to the positive things in life giving them a purpose greater than the addiction itself. This gives them hope and that is a great start when overcoming any addiction. The fact that there is possibility.

New Me Therapy will allow you to settle into a state of deep relaxation. In this state your unconscious (the part of your mind that runs without you knowing) is more open to suggestion. Our unconscious is responsible for a huge amount of our behaviours and habits; it’s thought to be responsible for around 90% of our functioning and this is where we discover the root caue for you to be addicted in the first place.

Using special techniques, we can change the way you react to certain things. For example, in addiction, the techniques used would aim to help you not crave the addiction anymore. Suggestions may include not needing the addiction anymore or associating the addiction with taking something unpleasant.

It is the hypnosis in our sessions that make all the difference in the recovery, in that it reaches down into your unconscious mind and helps change your behavioural routines for good.
